  First of all Thank you for helping me when my furnace of 24 yrs. that stopped working. First of all Rayna that came to help was wonderful very polite ,knowledgeable and so very considerate and showed great passion for my situation what a asset to your company. Next of course not last Casten, Sean, and Jack Daniels the electrition were here .WOW, what a great hardworking group of men. They also were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable , very concerned that I had no working furnace. They all worked hard and very well together. They explained everything to me before they left and cleaned up also. So as an extra thank you to them i bought them lunch. ll of the people that were in my home on Nov. 13,2025 are an asset to your company.Rayn, Csten,Sean and Jack al deserve some form of recognition. thank You again and I am so pleased with the service I have received. Thank You again!!!!!

  Recently had furnace, air conditioner, water heater, electrical panel upgraded. Cardinal did a great job on all four and it was easy to have one company do all the work. The techs were great and the entire process was smooth and on budget. Communication was great and everyone was on time. Would highly recommend.

  We’ve used Cardinal Heating & Cooling for years, but this past year communication has been frustratingly poor. Scheduling routine maintenance was a challenge — despite letting them know we’d be out of town, they booked an appointment during that time, didn’t notify us, and then claimed we’d missed it. The real trouble came with a recent heat pump repair. After approving an ordered part, we waited over a week with no update, only to find out the part hadn’t even been ordered. When the technician finally came, he punctured a main component. Mistakes happen, but waiting six weeks for a replacement left us without heat or AC through October and November. When we called mid-November, we learned the part had been in — but no one had called us. On the day of the rescheduled repair, Cardinal said the part couldn’t be found, then later reversed course and sent the same technician who had caused the damage (despite their assuring us they would send someone with more experience). The receptionist was kind, but the breakdown between technicians, whoever orders & receives parts, and customers was constant. After years as loyal clients, we no longer feel valued — and we probably will be taking our business elsewhere. Note: We shared our concerns with management who were apologetic and said they would follow up on the communication problem areas.

  We had a very sudden water heater issue and were able to get service in approx 3 hours. Upon the plumber, Christian’s arrival we discussed what was going on and he inspected the water heated and noticed our very old water conditioner and felt the two systems were creating the problem. Poor water going through the heater and was ruining the heating mechanism. Ultimately we decided to get a new water conditioner and new water heater. All work and clean up was completed in 3 hours. Very please with the entire process. We appreciated Christian’s informative evaluation and choices he gave us.

  This place is like the Apple Store of utilities - everyone was very respectful, quotes were spot on, and the install of our new furnace/AC went super smooth because they all work together so well. Going to be using them for any future work for other projects that I need. They even worked Saturday to replace our furnace for no additional labor cost.
