- JOJohn OlsonDec 2, 20251.0I would suggest they get out of the generator business. At least the service work. They have part time help for yearly maintenance. Called them when my Generac was not working on 11/26. Came out and said I needed a magneto as it had no power. But they could not do the work. Called another company and they came out 12/2 and fixed it in 5 minutes. The valve was stuck to allow propane to get to motor!! Did not need the magneto. Enough said
