- KMkristen mccain3 days ago5.0We had a broken spring on our double garage door, the company was booked and couldn't give us a time frame during the week, said they could put us down on their board and a tech would call us when they could fit us in. They called 3 days after the initial phone call and asked if 7-730am would work thursday, I said we have to get kids to school, at that time but they were able to come at 740am, had our springs replaced and oiled up and replaced another part that was going bad. The tech, I believe his name was Matt, was very prompt and professional and had the job done in an hour. We are very pleased with the work and the company's willingness to squeeze us in this morning. Very thankful to have our garage back ! Highly recommend their services ! Price was reasonable for the services they provided.

They sent one young man to do the job and he had it all installed and working in 2 hours. I was impressed and very satisfied with the work that was done and how they treat their customers.

I told her I wasn't able to open my garage door. She said she would put me on the priority list and would receive a call on Monday morning to get someone there to fix the door. One of their service technicians Matt S. lives near my home. Saturday afternoon on his way home, stopped at my house and had been informed that my door was broken, he looked at the door and determined I need the spring replaced. He had an new spring in the truck and in a short time installed it. I was happy to be able to open my door , thanks to Matt S. for taking time on his Saturday afternoon to fix the door for me. I would highly recommend Modern OverHead door for any garage door needs.
