No return phone call after leaving messages with the person taking calls. Contacted another local contractor who responded very well and did a great job.

From the first visit and estimate to the final moment it was done I have nothing but the highest appreciation for Zach H and his assistant (sorry I forgot your name, but not what a gentleman you were). Zach explained to me my problems, gave me options and explained everything in language I could understand and I felt like I could prioritize my needs appropriately and at no point did I feel pressured at anytime to do more than my choice. I felt respected. They kept me informed and even cleaned up amazingly well after the jobs. Thank you very much!
