Most things went well but after they reinstalled the toilet within a couple days performance was substantially degraded. I did my due diligence as the home owner trying to figure it out with no success. I lived with it for 2/3 months hoping it would resolve itself but it became challenging. I then contact Quandt and they were quick to deny responsibility without even taking a look at it. It was an existing toilet which is about a year old. If I would have known of their policy to do the work and deny responsibility on workmanship due to it being an exiting fixture that when reinstalled has significant performance problems I would have went another direction. The rest of the project I am happy with along with their communication and timing with other contractors. I mean if you have to charge a little more to make sure something was configured correctly and work is warrantied then do it.
