John served his country after graduating high school in the US Army and is a Desert Storm Veteran. John started in this trade in 1994 when he was offered an apprenticeship at a local union shop in Oshkosh. John Served a Sheet Metal Apprenticeship and completed in 4 years rather than the usual 5 year term. 2 months later he again indentured as an apprentice and served another apprenticeship to become an Environmental Service Technician. John was the first member of Local 18 to serve 2 apprenticeships and to hold 2 State Journeyman's cards. John worked for this local company for a little over 12 years and gained a great amount of knowledge and experience. Anderson HVAC LLC was founded May 1st 2006 in John's garage. 5 months later John leased a 2500 sq ft building. John leased 2 different locations in Oshkosh before buying the old Marx Mechanical property and building in 2019. We provide commercial and residential HVAC, commercial refrigeration, and air purification systems to the Oshkosh, WI area.

- JDJulie DyerFeb 10, 20255.0I had a warrantied heat exchanger replaced on my Bryant furnace in December. After the replacement my furnace was making a strange sound. I called and they sent someone out within days to check out what was causing the noise. It was something they had not encountered before. John called and told me they stood behind their work and would figure it out. Over a period of weeks, several techs came out to listen to it with a different perspective, and varied experiences in the field, trying different “fixes”. It took awhile but they narrowed it down to a defective replacement heat exchanger, which they replaced once again. They answered every call promptly and responded immediately. I was not charged any more for all of the time they invested in solving the problem. A special thanks to Ricky, who was here several times, treated me with kindness and respect, and just never gave up! I would highly recommend Anderson HVAC.

We are dairy farmers who have milk compressor go down and we can’t move our products to different coolers So we need to be up and running in short period of time and this company does it. And a big shout out to Ricky for taking the time and patience to get us up and running last night. With the availability of being able to get parts being terrible you need to think outside the box and he did. You may pay more for their time but this companies employees go above and beyond there job qualifications, they care about their jobs and want the customers to be satisfied in the end.
