My fireplace was not turning on. They came and it was working. They didn’t do anything except charge a trip charge and sin me up for annual cleaning for a reduced cost. My fireplace now is not working. They are going to come back. Probably a trip charge, but I will wait and see. I also hope it doesn’t work when they come so maybe it can be fixed. I am frustrated.

These are awesome people they do great work at a reasonable price. Very professional and very nice would highly recommend. I've been with these guys for years they come out and tune up my fireplace for me every couple of years great place.

My 1st ever google review was to this company I felt the need b/c of the great experience from their technicians!
I requested them back when we decided to have a $2k steam humidifier installed on our furnace, but very unfortunately those guys weren’t available. This morning a knock on my kitchen window (inside my front porch)
2 men entered and stood inside my kitchen and never offered who they represented, their names, a hand shake or anything- just uncomfortable silence. So I said Hi and let my dog sniff them. She gave the ok, so I lead them through the house to the back corner of the basement feeling very uncomfortable- in fact -so uncomfortable I asked my 17 year old son to stay home from school until they left and messaged my husband to turn the cameras on inside the house. A couple hours later they finished and everything was tidy and they showed me the new set up. I had a few questions they couldn’t answer and they said just to call if I had any other questions. ( Um weird!) Then he said “I guess you owe us money.” 😳. When his IPad was set for payment I asked if the service call fee was adjusted on the bill (they said they would do that since we were repeat customers and just had our duct work cleaned so they would wave the $80) he scrolled to the bottom and handed it back to me and said “I don’t know, I just need your signature here.” 😳.
We’re spending over $2k for a humidifier and the only info this guy could give is
1. If we have condensation on our windows to turn it down.
2. It doesn’t work with the AC. If we have any other questions to call. No card or paperwork was left with me. I definitely will not use them again or give a good review.
