Isaiah was very helpful in troubleshooting the issue my furnace was having. He eventually found that it was a gas valve issue. He made the effort to go get one that was supposed to be in stock, but they were out of the part so he had to have it ordered. The part came and was fixed today. Glad they were able to get the part quickly and that it wasn't too cold while the furnace was down.

Go somewhere else! The kid that installed our 8kx admitted he had never installed one before. Didn’t stick around to fully describe the unit. The unit doesn’t heat nearly as good as our smaller versions. We called them out for a service call. They sent another kid out. Suggested the heat and glo 8kx is performing as it is suppose to. This guy didn’t even know how to put the cover back on the fire place and was trying to force it on. I ended up putting it on myself because I couldn’t stand watching him pound on my $8k fireplace for no reason.

Service technician came out on Friday night and helped diagnose problem and makeshift a control panel to keep things running over the weekend, which we were grateful for. 5 stars to him.
We were told someone from office would call the following Monday to let us know if they could still order the part and also give us quotes on new furnace options. Never heard from them again, but they sent me a text asking for a survey…so here we are.
Thankfully we had the foresight to buy the $250 control panel online and we fixed ourselves the following week after not hearing back.
I’m sure they are used to people calling 100x when it’s cold and their furnace goes out, but it’s odd that nobody contacted us again and obviously our case was marked as closed in the database if the survey text was triggered.
