I was ready to look for a new company when I received a call from Ed, the customer service representative, who was extremely apologetic and wanted to make things right. I agreed to give them another chance, since I'd also had good service from them in the past. Shortly thereafter, lo and behold, the four toilets in my house all failed at once and needed replacements. My plumber recommended a brand and a model, and they were installed the following week. All went smoothly and I love my new toilets! This recent experience was more like what I had expected from Oak Creek Plumbing. I will continue to use them in the future.

I called Oak Creek plumbing because they have done work for me 4 times in the past and Ed has never failed me. Initially the office let me know it wasn't possible to get service so quickly, but a short time later Ed called me and said he could make this work. I got drawn into Black Friday promo, but Ed & Doug saved the day even though I didn't buy appliances from them. They are very loyal to repeat customers..... highly recommended.
