Prices are reasonable and the gal that answers the phone in the office, she is so helpful and so nice. I'd give them a 10 plus!

When I first called I recieved an estimate the very next day which was great, when I tried to follow up on it I could not get an email back. Called to order the door panel and the salesman told me they would get it ordered, over a week went by and I called to get an ETA. I had 2 different people answer and promise me a call back 2 different times which I never recieved. Finally the third time I called and spoke with my original salesman who informed me that the panel I was wanting to order is an in-stock item and I could just come pick it up. Waited over 3 weeks and recieved no call backs for no reason. Only bumping my rating to 3 stars due to they were very nice people when I stopped in to pick up the panel, lost 2 stars because of communication issues and not following through.
