- JKJacq Karp4 days ago2.0We will not be using Mad City in the future. We had them install a new shower and tube. They used high pressure sales tactics to get us to sign up that day. We found out later that they are expensive and we could have had tile installed for the same price. They installed in one day but the caulk wasn't quite right. They did come back and fix it. Later there was mold on the caulk so I requested a service request to replace it. They did come out but made me feel like I was an idiot for requesting them to come out and replace it as they thought I should have been able to clean it. I tried a lot of different ways to clean it and nothing was working. Now I am frustrated every time I am in my shower. Customers, especially ones that paid a premium for mid grade products shouldn't be treated like that. We won't be going back or referring others to them.

Respectful of property and cleaned up completely when done. The shower was beautiful and works perfectly. No "surprises." Just as we had ordered. Price competitive (we got other estimates). Couldn't be happier with Mad City and it's installer, Justin. Highly recommend.
