Mad City installed some large windows in our sun porch. Before, we couldn't use the porch in the winter, it was too cold, but those windows are so efficient, we can use it in the winter time - it's awesome! We love our windows!!

We had new windows installed on our mobile home this past summer and we could not be happier with the Mad City. What a difference the windows have made. The trailer is staying cooler in the summer. We haven't gone this winter yet to see how it holds the heat in, but I am guessing the windows will hold the heat in so much better than the original windows did. I was there during the install of the windows and the 3 guys worked hard to get them installed in one day, even working until 8:00 p.m. They picked up any mess they made. I gave them a 4 star because we noticed the some of the spray foam they used got onto some of our siding that I haven't been able to get off.

Rating this experience a mere two stars is a testament to its aesthetic appeal, which unfortunately falls short of our expectations. In my personal experience and based on my knowledge, the salesperson lacked the expertise to accurately advise us on the feasibility and limitations of the proposed modifications. Even regarding the potential for expanding the bathroom, I was completely unaware of the potential outcomes. The absence of a 3D model or any other realistic visualization hindered our ability to gain a comprehensive understanding of the final product. Consequently, the actual appearance of the bathroom remains uncertain. Initially, we were informed that we could add space, but contractors and workers informed us the same day that this was not feasible. Prior knowledge would have prevented us from proceeding with the installation of the tub. Furthermore, the salesperson and the contractor assured us that rainhead shower rectangles were possible, but upon receiving the installation, we discovered that they were actually circular. The salesperson had also mentioned that they could accommodate rainhead showers, but this was not the case. Additionally, I had to correct the salesperson regarding the lack of pressure in the rainhead showers, as I was aware that MOEN is a good quality brand. We were not given the opportunity to select a rainhead shower or even to view its design. The cleanup process was unsatisfactory, as I had to manually sweep and pick up any debris left behind. On our departure, we were not provided with a goodbye. The door was left wide open, and it was only half an hour later that I noticed their absence. In my opinion, contractors or the manager overseeing the salesperson should be present during the quote-giving and construction process. It is imperative to implement a 3D model that allows for the addition and removal of elements. Additionally, it would be beneficial to showcase a variety of shower head options to the customer, providing them with a comprehensive range of choices. Unfortunately, we were not presented with any such options. While the installation was satisfactory, the final product and its actual sale were unsatisfactory. The product was inaccurate and did not meet our expectations.

The windows look nice but don't be fooled. They will trick you. If you get every single window replaced. They will do it in one day. The work will be rushed and when it comes time for the end. They will show you the good windows that are done. Remember you are going to be excited. You got new windows. The screens were put in crooked. One screen had a scratch through. I didn't see those windows until they left. Make sure that you go through every window with them in the end. Because they have you sign a waver that you are pleased with their work. I wasn't pleased. I'm gonna show a picture of what my window looks like that was replaced in June. This picture was taken in December. When the weather was way below freezing
