  Jack Kiefer H&A took the time to make sure my new AC was functioning 100%. There was a small issue when the work was completed and they came back right away and got it fixed just in time for a heat wave. Throughout the process I had the opportunity to meet Jack, and his two technicians as well as speak to his wife over the phone. Every last one of them was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to using this company in the future for all my HVAC needs.

  I can not thank the crew at Jack's enough. See, I go through a home warranty company that was giving me the run around about when they would ship and install a new AC in my home. This went on for months during what I felt like was the hottest summer I can remember. When Lauren at Jack's got involved she not only sent Jack out right away to see what I needed, she took on the warranty company so I didn't have to. They all showed compassion for my 8-year-old son with allergy issues and my 13-year-old dog that was laying on the floor panting for 2 months. Then on top of it all they sent Nick out to install our new AC. He was polite, courteous and explained to me everything that he was doing. They are a perfect example of a true American small business.
