  I had my kitchen sanded and stained and it matches the rest of the house incredibly! I had to dig through carpet, pad, linoleum, and tar paper to get to the floor and it looks like new! They were professional, friendly, and the job was done fast, and clean! We got a call ahead reminder for each visit which was great! Thanks again! I highly recommend Maxcare for flooring needs!!!

  We hired Maxcare to refinish our entire home in Fox Point. Once they stained the floors, all of the sanding marks showed up. They refused to come back and correct the issue, all of our furniture (2,500sqft home) in storage and our family of 5 in a hotel. We had to pay another company to come in short notice to redo the work, which we now have beautiful floors, just wish we didn't have to pay twice and be stuck in a hotel twice as long

  We had a great experience with Maxcare. We used them to sand and refinish the hardwood flooring in 3 bedrooms, a hallway and a staircase. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. Most importantly, the floors look tremendous. I'd recommend them highly to friends and family.

  I have just worked with MaxCare on my 5th project and I have always received beautiful results and great service. They are prompt and easy to work with. I would think it would be difficult to schedule due to the number of return trips which are necessary for all the sealing but they handle it very well. Thanks again and I will call you on the next project and keep referring you to friends and family.

  I have to update my initially positive review. While our experience with the workers themselves was excellent--they were fast, friendly, and professional--after we had our entire first floor sanded and refinished, we did find a few problems, and trying to get any support or consistent communication from the company has been arduous, at best. A week or so after I contacted them about the flaws we found, they did send someone out (without notifying us) to apply the final coat of finish on a few patches that had been missed the first time around. That person also took pictures of the main area of the floor where off-color lines have appeared between many of the boards. After several days, and sending a follow up email, they finally emailed back, stating simply that there was "a chemical reaction" occurring, and there was nothing they could do. I have requested that they send someone knowledgeable out in person to discuss our options (since the person who took the pictures admitted he didn't know), but I have yet to hear back from them. Another week goes by without actually being able to move into our new house. Unfortunately our overall experience with the business totally negates any positive experience we had with the individual workers who came to do the job.
