Ryan was who did consult, but someone else was sent to do job. I had not moved in so I had to go to work, I was not contacted to confirm job, status or even told it was completed. The job was not completed to my specifications. I called next day to question, and received text that it was done. I sent email that I was not pleased, got an I'm sorry and the owner would be notified. Days later I have not been contacted and issue not resolved. Clearly they dont want/need business. I was considering using them for a new bathroom, glad I didn't.
