Our house proved to have a complex system including ac, heat and humidifier with very old wiring without a c-wire. I’m very happy he worked through each element of the install and left with full functionality of my Ecobee system. He saved me from more costly re-wiring which would have involved tearing up a drywall ceiling in my basement. His perseverance paid off enormously!

Ethan was all over it and arrived within a few hour to assess the situation. He provided an interim solution while our part was on order. Ethan was an absolute professional at all times.

The company that sold us the dryer wouldn’t hook it up so we had to try and find someone else to come out and Action made that happen. He was able to come out and diagnose the issue of our old venting and recommended we put in a new vent that would be a lot safer for our family. He was thorough and able to do all of the work without disrupting everything that was in the laundry room. It exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
