Frank and Dylan were on time, professional, up beat and friendly, knowledge and shared the opinions readily on how to make repairs on numerous electrical projects I have, plus, they completed repairs quickly and expertly on a bathroom exhaust fan/light repair and replacing two outdoor garage lights. Would I recommend them, absolutely. Within a “New York minute”. The only problem I had was not having a complete and full understanding of Hurlburt’s work policy. Exactly what work employees could do versus what customers were responsible for. Should have been made clear at Hurlburt office.

He was able to show us what the problem was, and then explained all of our options and gave us his opinion. He’s always super informative and respectful and you can tell he knows his stuff. He asked good questions and then listened to our responses. He was relatible. When asked, he shared, in humble fashion, some of personal history. He told us what options seemed to meet our needs. He explained pro and cons of each. (I know top notch ...right!) The other contact was with Austin. He installed our furnace the very next day. Austin was kind, considerate of our needs. He asked questions and responded appropriately. He pointed out a few things with the old furnace and said he would correct those issues. Again, a true professional. All in all, we are very impressed with Hurlburt and their working staff. Thx Hurlburt job well done!
