Work required would be a band aid and the cost would be about half of a new system. We made an appointment with a systems analyst who looked at our existing system, our household needs, and gave us multiple options. We decided to put in a new system. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and professional.

First, Beca with her knowledgeable inspection and diagnosis and friendliness towards our very social cat. Second and third, Ashley and Andrew who gave us a great scheduling and deal to get the unit replaced before the holiday. Fourth, Matt and Jason who did a fantastic job once again on the installation and provided clear explanation of the work done and new functions of the updated humidifier. This is the third job we've had the folks at Hurlburt take care of for us and everybody we work with is always very pleasant, polite, and helpful. Another benefit is the familiar faces doing the work. It helps preserve the feeling of a local service company and lets us rest assured they know the system before them. They are still our go to and recommendation for home service or repair.

Hurlburt and Logan responded within the hour, diagnosed a permanent fix and implemented an interim fix. Water restored with minimal water damage. Thank you Hurlburt and Logan for being available on Christmas!
- DDDavid DicksonDec 18, 20255.0Arrived early, totally prepared, listened to my explanation and expectations, confirmed his plan of action and diligently went to work removing an old 1990’s neglected water softener. Logan then installed a top-of-the-line water softener system, a whole house carbon chlorine filter and a Reverse Osmosis drinking water system with the pressure tank and filters downstairs, not to congest the under sink area in the kitchen. His performance was focused on the job but took time to stop and explain everything in easy to understand layman terms. He was very personable and cordial. We were extremely pleased with his work and the quality of their products.
