- MRMatt Rockwell5 days ago2.0I feel I've been abandoned. After spending more money than I would spend on a car, I cannot get a return call for a follow up to the work that has been completed. I grant that the work that took more days than expected was done was clean and quality, but issues remain. I've called dispatch to request followup to no avail. I'm one person, not a company. This work will take me years to pay for. It is disappointing that their is no desire to either finish the work specified or to offer any sort of ongoing maintenance for the work completed.

Utility sink in basement had a clog that we couldn't snake on our own, did a quick Google search and found Capital HVAC offering a special for their new plumbing division. Randall called 20 minutes out and arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. He fixed our deep clog quickly, and it was on NYE day with no extra charges. The price almost seemed to good to be true, but it was true. Thank you Randall!!

He also installed a condensation pump since our pump stopped working. He showed me that our unit is working beyond its capacity which could shorten the lifespan of our furnace. He called his supervisor to talk through the problem and to problem solve. I listened to the entire conversation on speaker to fully understand the situation. The supervisor sent out a speciality tech to look at improving our unit in the short term and figure out what we can do in the meantime. Thank you for your diligence.
