Especially the back deck which tends to drift with blown snow from the roof. And they were SO COLD I brought them coffee. With all the injuries I've had, I couldn't possibly have managed that myself. Very pleased, and very grateful to be spared pain and fatigue. Btw, your guys have always been all smiles and accommodating! Happy Holidays, Y'all!

I was unable to have my garbage and recycling picked up as a result. Phone and text communications throughout the day went unanswered. They are obviously understaffed.

They arrived promptly within the window of time given and were very friendly. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up nicely.
