  From start to finish Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products for our house Tony also helped with all measurements and I can’t say anything bad about Lonnie our installer he did a beautiful job on our carpet and also our flooring can’t be happier. I would recommend everyone that worked that precise flooring.and I can’t forget Colton very nice and very helpful

  We couldn't be more pleased with our new floors purchased and installed by Precision Floors & Decor - Manitowoc! We were having a difficult time finding new flooring for our living room, kitchen, hall, bedroom and bathrooms. We looked at the box stores and got countless samples. Thankfully, we found our way to Precision Floors & Decor. Right from the beginning, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They listened to what we wanted to accomplish and helped us find the flooring that we had been searching for. They were very patient in our process of choosing flooring that we plan to have for a long time. Not only was it exactly what we wanted, it was affordable too. We then expanded the project to add carpet on our stairs. They gave us the option to purchase the flooring only or have it installed as well. We chose to have it installed. The project was completed in the time frame they set and it was done with the utmost care and professionalism. The work the installers did was exceptional and it looks great! We would recommend them without hesitation and plan to go back for a future project.

  They did their research and found out that my blinds (not purchased from them) were still under warranty. Shipped and had them repaired at no cost to me. I only paid for the shipping. Possibly the friendliest and most helpful people I have dealt with in this country.

  We recently had new carpet and tile installed by Precision Floors & Design. Diane was most helpful in the showroom and all of the installers, for both the tile and carpet, where very professional and personable, as well as did an excellent job!

  Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! We had three bedrooms and our master bathroom floor replaced within the last few months. The experience at the Manitowoc store was excellent. Riley helped us with the choices for the floor and took extra care to bring us more samples for the bathroom that we may like. We ended up choosing one that she brought as it really fit in well. The installation crews were great also. They were quick and clean and very friendly! Once the bathroom was finished, I noticed a couple things that I mentioned to Riley to see if we could get them adjusted. Her reply was almost instant and she scheduled Tony to come take a look. Tony helped explain why the adjustments were needed (previous woodwork sizing issues and joists in the basement to adjust) and even though it was no fault of theirs, he took the time to personally come out and fix them for us, including resetting the toilet. Thank you so much for the great experience! We appreciate everyone at Precision Floors & Decor and can't wait to work with them again! The pictures don't do it justice. I'm in love with these floors!
