Each time I called to place an order it seems that the person who I am speaking with has no idea how to do their job. There is a man in the back right office who does a great job, and I understand. He is not always there, but the other staff are poorly trained Every time I call. They can’t tell me if they have the products I need or not until someone who knows how to Access their inventory system is Available. Usually the man in the back right office. This guy is a saint, and always professional. I just wish that this location had more experienced people. to make a visit in dislocation, a smoother transaction. The lady who Answers the phone has no idea what’s going on. In my opinion, I placed an order. No one called me back to let me know if my order arrived and they had no idea what was going on with my order that I placed, which becomes frustrating when I’m trying to do business with his company. My advice, if you go there, as for a man respectfully.
