I reached out to All Energy Solar after a power surge damaged our array. The company who installed our panels is no longer in business, so I needed to find a new company. After 2 months of SLOW communication back and forth with All Energy Solar trying to diagnose the issue over phone calls and emails, I still have an unusable system, and no one has been out to even look at anything. I understand that summer is busy season for solar, but this feels horribly inefficient.

I had reached out to several companies in the area to help me with an issue, where my solar inverter had failed and I was receiving a replacement from the manufacturer. What I simply needed was for a qualified and certified individual to remove my old inverter and replace it with the new one. My PV system was originally installed in 2017, and the original installer decided to no longer provide service to residential customers. And of the Solar companies I contacted, most of them were not willing to commit or didn't want to do this work. The exception was All Energy Solar. They graciously committed to helping me, and it was a huge relief to me. I talked to two individuals from the company, where they requested information about my solar installation, and specific details. From there, they sent me an estimate, which I agreed upon, and I signed a contract for them to come out and install my new inverter. The installer arrived with a smile on his face and the confidence that assured me the installation was going to be no problem and that I will be back in service in no time. And in a short amount of time, the installer had my new inverter operational. I once again monitoring my home solar production and I am once again happy with being a renewable energy provider. I would highly recommend All Energy Solar for your new installation, and for service in the future. If I need future service for my PV system, heaven forbid, I will not hesitate to contact All Energy Solar.

Thank you to Mike, Brandon, Ramon and the crew out of the Madison office. They completed the project, 40 panels and two batteries, with no issues or surprises. They were all very easy to work with - efficient, knowledgeable, and patient with questions I had during the process. They communicated well about their schedule, showed up on time, cleaned up everything well and completely met or exceeded expectations with the process and the final product. Very happy with how everything looks, inside and outside.

We had an 8.74 kW solar system installed this year by All Energy Solar. We could not have had a better experience. They kept us up to date with each step of the process, called us at regular intervals and followed each call up with an email summarizing our phone conversation. They handled all permitting and coordinated things with the utility company. The entire project went extremely well with no surprises. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and informative, answering all of our questions as the process unfolded. We'd like to mention that our Project Coordinator, Sierra Thompson, was particularly helpful and excellent to work with. Her attentiveness and thoroughness in managing our project was greatly appreciated. She was very well organized and responded to all our concerns /questions clearly. We felt we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. We also had a great installation/electrical team to work with. This was the WI-02 team out of Madison. Kole and Ramon and their team were very professional and nice to work with. Thanks to All Solar Energy for making this happen for us!

Frequently Asked Questions About All Energy Solar

How much do solar panels cost?

It’s impossible to set a one-size-fits-all price on solar installation. Each property has its own energy needs and design configurations to take into account. How many panels are needed to cover all the energy requirements for the property? Can that number of panels fit on the roof? Should ground-mounted solar be a consideration? Are there trees or other larger buildings nearby that could cast a shadow on your panels? The only way to find out how much solar panels could cost for your property is to get a custom evaluation.

How long do solar panels last?

A solar panel’s current estimated lifespan is 35–40 years, which is in line with the lifespan of most premium residential roofing materials. However, most manufacturers recommend that their panels be replaced when their efficiency drops below 80%—which usually happens after the 30-year mark—well beyond the estimated payback period for your solar photovoltaic investment.
