Explained everything in detail and got right to work. Showed me all that he did and replaced a sensor that corrected an issue I had been noticing. I will be relying on him for any future needs!

He answered all of my questions and I was very happy with his service. I would definitely ask for Morgan when calling Master services.

The installer tech (Jake) was very knowledgeable, friendly and was meticulous with everything he did. We could not have been happier with whole process!

They are all very kind but that is outside the fact that they lied to me and told me my furnance wasn't able to be ran due to hole on my heat exchanger. They turned my unit off and gave me the speech about co2. I felt something wasn't right so I called a 2nd opinion out. And they did agree that my furnance is indeed safe to use. Old and worn but safe to use. Master services tried to scare me into getting a new unit.... After 3 years of business with these folks its sad how they lied to me and tried to pull a fast one over me. Due to ones selfishness they had me and my 3 kids in my home freezing without heat becasue they selfishly wanted to make a sale and not honestly resolve the issue. AND TO THINK THEY TRIED TO CHAGE ME $11,000 for a new furnance!!!! Check out yelp they are notorious for doing this. Stay clear !!!
