- TWtaz west1 day ago5.0Had no heat 1 year after having a new furnace installed…..the first technician that came out…. I wasn’t impressed with…..at all.left screws not installed .was told the fire fox box was bad.. had to wait for him to order the part . He came to install the part . Said I was all good , when I looked at his work … I asked what are these wires that aren’t connected? He at first said those are from your old furnace…. Then said ,oh wait , those are for your ac! Really? The furnace Worked for 5 days , then no heat again. When I called , at 3 am on Sunday was told I’d have to wait till Monday to have someone out to look at it. Well I kept calling and asked for a manager. Juan called me at 900 am on Sunday, said a tech would be out that day.. the same tech came out that replaced the fire fox… and told me it was the door safety switch. Then he proceeded to bypass said switch…. Four hours later…. No heat. At this point, I’m not happy at all. Called again, was told I would have to wait till the next day as they had no one at the shop to dispatch…..I called Juan again . He said they would someone out on Monday… I asked for the tech that had been here not to come. He agreed . They sent an outstanding tech Carlos Nunez! Great guy, did his due diligence on getting me back up running! didn’t leave until he was absolutely sure I had heat.and the system was working as it should.he also let me know of the membership they offered and everything it included. I signed up. If you have issues with your system I highly recommend Carlos ask for him personally! I have heat now….. thank you Juan for sending Carlos!
- TSTrever Shafer3 days ago5.0I had arik come come out and move my bathtub drain for a new install and he was an easy going likable guy and he got the job done no complaints and reasonably priced. Thanks to his apprentice too, both did a good job.
- JWJim WelchJan 2, 20265.0Brad was very friendly conscientious and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair the clogged kitchen sink, because apparently the drain line is broken outside underground. At least I now know what the real problem is. MASTERS SERVICES was very fair on the price and Brad was here most of the day. He even offered to come back in the spring to repair it. Thr ground is frozen now and its a summer home.

He took the time to explain the process & answered all of our questions. Everything was left clean and tidy after he left. We appreciate his friendly attitude and attention to detail.
