What we didn’t know was the material is at a location 15 minutes away and they were getting ready to close the warehouse. We don’t live nearby!! “BK” in the “Building Material Sales” expedited our order and made sure what we needed was ready for us to pickup at the warehouse. BK went above and beyond to make sure we were able to go home with our hardwood plywood! Thank you BK!!!
