They returned phone calls and made sure everything was on track to start the work and arrived when they said they would. Justin the owner even came out during the removal of my old shingles and gutters. Justin called after our first storm to see how things were holding up. My insurance company tried to low ball the replacement roof with no ice and water and JM Construction fought better for me than my own insurance company rep. Needless to say my Ma's roof was 25 years old we didn't call other company's just JM and did a great job on my Ma's house too!

The process for me was overall painless. He was great with communication, even responding after hours at times when I wasnt expecting a response until the next morning.
