He explained to me the toggle switch I had on was bypassing the thermostat. All sorted and a new digital wall unit. Happy to be back in control

Isaiah arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He walked me thru what he was doing and answered all my questions. Great customer service!

He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly and explained each step along the way. Robert was also incredibly kind and courteous. - DSDanielle SmithOct 28, 20251.0We had a technician come to our house for a scheduled appointment on a Monday for a consult/estimate to replace our old fireplace; we were told by the technician he would email us the estimate the next day (Tuesday); after not hearing from him, we emailed him on Thursday, then called on Friday. On Friday he said he would email us by the next Monday. That next Monday, we waited until late afternoon, and then called the company directly to explain the lack of communication. We were told someone would contact us right away. After 24 business hours, we again had not heard back from anyone and we decided to find another company. Disappointing, as we have used them before, and did not want to use another company, but that lack of follow-up in just trying to get an estimate is very frustrating!
