Status: A follow-up appointment was scheduled. Evaluation: 1. Michael K arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He explained steps taken, observations made, and conclusions reached. It would be premature to assess quality of work before repairs have been accomplished. 2. Communication between the CBD office and this customer showed significant opportunities for improvement.
- EWEJ WolfDec 23, 20251.0Quoted a lower rate over the phone for a basic tune up than the technician wanted. He asked for more than double the phone quote! Got a call from a crabby employee 3 hours before the scheduled appointment wanting to know if I'm home so she could send the technician right then! Didn't ask me if that would be ok. She just expected that if I'm home, she had the right to send the guy 3 hours early. I agreed to accommodate them and thought the guy was in my driveway almost immediately. And there he sat for 30 minutes! So I called the company and learned that the crabby employee who called me told the technician that I wasn't home so he was waiting for me to pull in the driveway. OK, I think now everything is on track, finally. But nobody rings the doorbell. So eventually I check and he's standing there. Says he never rings doorbells. Aarrggh. He came in and by this time I had lost confidence in the company but when he quoted me his 'lowest' rate, more than double what I expected to pay, I asked him to leave. Good luck doing business with this outfit.

He said it’s advisable because it prevents rust from downdraft moisture & keeps wasps out! Nice young man who I hope does my service again next year.
