After the snow left I noticed the sealer was coming off and one whole spot was not even done. I called and spoke to the owner Nick. He was very abrupt and unprofessional. Told me he went and looked at it and it was fine. I told him what was wrong and he asked if I use a shovel. Well yes I live in Wisconsin. Apparently that is taking my sealant off. Maybe if you put it on correctly it would last more than 9 months.

I was quoted May 13th and sent back my agreement the same day. 3 weeks later... They came out to quote me again... If this is an example of how they run a business, I don't want to know what they would do to my driveway. Then, some "tough guy" supervisor called to explain that they're so swamped, they're going to make mistakes like this. lol Maybe look for someone else more reliable. Sometimes it's worth paying a little extra for a company more straightforward.
