In the future, It would be helpful if we received a text or call when someone was unable to make it. We did on one occasion, but not the others. I especially liked today when I got a text that someone was on the way and we could track it on a map!

Adams of Hazelhurst gladly came over to repair. When you call the local office, the people are extremely friendly. Nate, the technician, was helpful, and kind. He had to order the part and promptly came back the next day with it. The panel was fixed in no time. I had asked if he would also move a circuit breaker from the regular box to the Generac box. It was no problem at all for him to do that. I’ve had this business come and service my Generac also. I highly recommend Adams of Hazelhurst.

He came out to our place in near-blizzard, heavy snow conditions and got our generator going again. Because the utility outage lasted for days, his quick action likely prevented a frozen well tank and water heater. He did a great job of communicating with us and even talked me through how to replace an air filter. He had some great tips for keeping snow out of the intake on our Generac 18K.

- TNTim NickelsNov 26, 20255.0On a day when we have already received 18”+ of snow and still snowing and blowing I get a knock on my front door!! To my amazement it was Nate from Adam’s Generator. I had only called Adams Generator about an hour earlier about a service issue I was having with my Generac generator. Nate was in the area and decided to walk in as our road was not plowed yet! Nate diagnosed the problem in about 1 minute and the generator is working perfectly now. Service over and beyond my wildest expectation!! On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being awesome service Nate gets an “8”!! We are in the middle of a huge storm with power out for 2 more days so getting service this fast was exceptional. And temperatures are expected to drop near zero shortly. With no power and no generator was going to be a huge problem! Truly exceptional service!!!! Thank you!!
