- NMNader MufarrehSep 24, 20201.0I am having issues with my siding which is due to poor installation! My siding is buckling due to it being nailed too tight. I have been asking my warranty contact to fix it since 6/3/20. Well, I never heard back from him in regards to a timeline for fixing it. I patiently waited 2 months and did not hear a peep, so I sent a reminder via text on 8/6/20 and again on 9/4/20 with no response! I sent an email on the my home 24-7 app on 9/18 to the customer relations manager and the warranty contact and there was again no response or callback. This company does NOT stand behind their product! Buyer beware!
