He called with a realistic arrival time allowing me the opportunity to get some things done before he got here. He covered his shoes immediately upon entering my home and was personable and a joy. He offered new filters as we had only 1 more, and I appreciated that. He had them on the truck so I dont have to wait for them or follow up. We are members of the maintenance membership and have been since we purchased the system 11 years ago. I wouldnt have it any other way. They let me know when its time for maintenance and keep me informed with updates often. The customer service from all sides is always amazing! Thank you Aquarius staff for making all interactions a pleasant one!
