Basswood delivered not only the best service, but also the best customer service I have ever had! I had storm chasers knocking at my door after hail struck! Called them up and they came out and did an inspection, worked with my insurance company and got it all handled for me in a timely stress free manner! Not only did they do a great job the crew also advised me that my roof did not have adequate ventilation and fixed it up for me! Hands down the only company I will call for any future home needs!
