Can I get a quote over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot give quotes over the phone. Every project is different and the only way to give an accurate quote is to assess and measure on site. That said, Valley Exteriors proudly offers a no pressure sales process! So, you will never be held hostage by a presentation or uncomfortable sales pitch.
What products do you install?
Valley Exteriors can install just about any product available, ranging from shingles (Owens Corning, GAF, etc) to specialty siding (LP, Everlast, Versetta) to windows and doors. Currently, we offer Owens Corning and Alside products by default.
What is your warranty?
Unless otherwise stated, Valley Exteriors offers a ten (10) year installation warranty with every project. Why ten? Almost all installation defects or errors are evident within the first year. By going with ten years, we're giving homeowners the peace of mind to know we'll stand behind the work beyond the normal window for problems to appear.
What are your office hours?

Do you offer financing or credit card payments?
Yes, we offer financing through our partner Wisetack. More information can be found at valleyxt.com/financing. We can accept credit card payments but they may incur a processing fee of up to 3.5% of the amount charged.
How long have you been in business?
We opened Valley Exteriors in the spring of 2017. With years of experience working for other local contractors, noting their strengths and weaknesses, we decided to start our own company. Our goal has always been to equally take care of our customers, our subcontractors, and our suppliers. This means we value honest, good faith, professional interactions that leave no doubt that we can be trusted to manage your project!

Quotes cannot be provided over the phone because each project requires an on-site assessment to ensure accuracy. Valley Exteriors offers a no-pressure sales process, so you won't experience any uncomfortable sales pitches.
