All 3 are professional, friendly, and competent. Thank you for the service, you all have exceeded any and all expectations.
- JCJosh ColeSep 11, 20231.0I'm having 8 loads of rock hauled today. I always use Good's because their rock is clean and black. Today the first load showed up brown and full of dirt. I called to complain and was told that it was my fault because we must have asked for rock off the wrong pile. My main problem with that statement being you don't request rock off of a specific pile, dirty or clean. You simply tell them the size of rock you want and they load you. It's not good business to blame your customers for your own shortcomings.
