  We had our ventilation system cleaned. Service Patriots team lead, Landon, with his two (2) member crew, very informative and thorough. They did a great job making sure everything was done properly including under the house as well as the attic. They took several before and after pics so we could see the work that was completed. It was quite a dramatic, and welcome difference. We are very pleased with the service, and will be recommending them to others...

  Had service patriots scheduled for a tune up. They came up with a long list of why it was dangerous to run the system. Inspector then had a sales rep show up who encouraged us to replace the system. Used a scare tactic of having us sign a form about how we acknowledge that the system is unsafe to use. We informed them that we'd like time to think it over. Two days later they send people over to replace our furnace without confirming or asking us that we'd like to proceed. No email or signed agreement. Apparently my wife has missed their call so they assumed we wanted to proceed with the replacement. My wife had to call the sales rep to finally get the installation crew off of our property. A few days later we got a second opinion. We were informed that while old the system is completely safe to use. We plan to run the furnace until it truly dies, and replace it then. I cannot speak to the quality of service patriots work. But I did not appreciate the manipulative marketing tactics to convince us to replace our furnace. I would recommend folks use someone else for their furnace maintenance.

  We had Service Patriots out to do an inspection of our aging furnace and AC units and they discovered a crack in the heat exchanger that could have been life threatening to our family. We were shown the full evidence of everything and given a broad spectrum of options that met our budget and desires for the future. Within 24 hours, we had a brand new system installed and every technician was polite, personable, and clearly knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

  the company has people at places like home depot and lowes. they offer you a fifty dollar tune up and when they get there if there is anything wrong they want a new person to come out and talk to you. they don't do repair work, they only want to do a total replacement of your hvac system. it is a scam....... I am in the damage restoration service for the last ten years. these people don't care about your financial situation, they just want to pin you down for as much money as they can get. stay away from them. they will milk you for as much as they can. shame on home depot for letting them troll the customers in the store. if you don't know any better, fifty bucks becomes five thousand in a damn hurry .

  Sean the technician was OUTSTANDING, THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL, and very KNOWLEDGEABLE!! We were so pleased with his time, services, and overall everything about him! So very pleasant! We are happy we signed up for services with Service Patriots! Today 4-15-26 we had our ducts replaced by Kristopher Bay, Remington Gray and Alex Geck....so impressed with this team!!! Showed up on time, very professional and thorough, explained step by step what was going to take place. They were here until 7pm and cleaned up once the job was complete, also showed us pics of the completed job. We could not be more impressed with this company and team! We will definitely be referring them to friends and family! Thank you again for the awesome experience!
