Conner Edwards showed up right on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. Conner was very personable and professional. Results were excellent and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ponderosa Garage Doors and will gladly use them should any maintenance issues arise in the future.

Knowing our daughter had work done recently on their garage doors, I asked her who did their work and if she could recommend them. She highly recommended Ponderosa, so we called. Ken came and within about an hour, we were educated about the various types of doors, and selected doors that were within our budget. He was very thorough, and set our expectatations about the schedule. Right on cue, the material all arrived, and the installation was scheduled. David did our installation. He arrived on time, reviewed what we had ordered, told us he would be done at about 2:00. At 2:00, he was just cleaning up, made certian our phones were programmed for the new opener, and showed us that everything was working. David was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I thought buying garage doors would be a hassle, but Ponderosa made it easy. I would highly recommend them!

And, he went into great detail explaining how he could tell it was failing & which options I could choose. He never pressured me to do anything. Instead, he gave me the information I needed to make a good decision. He is smart, kind, and pays attention to detail. I'm very impressed with him and the company.

I went online and looked at reviews and felt very hopeful for what I read of the customer reviews for Ponderosa Garage Doors. I called the office that afternoon and Kirk came out the next morning. Looong story short, we ended up ordering new doors, hardware and one new opener (we had 2, and one was newer and in decent shape)--essentially doing the makeover we'd planned on eventually doing anyway. Not only are we happy with the order we worked out with Kirk, he also stayed after and did some very impressive repairs to keep us safely going for the 4-6 weeks til our new doors are built, delivered and installed. Above and beyond, indeed! Very happy with our choice of Ponderosa, Kirk's great customer service, and very much looking forward to having our beautiful new doors in place.
