Call me old school, but I'm not real impressed with the new workforce and their apparent lack of sincerity, dedication and listening ability. Troy, on the other hand, has been in the business for "many" years and has proven to be very dedicated to Paulson's. His long term employment there is proof of that. I appreciate his experience and knowledge. He was able to provide insight and experience to me along my journey to select the perfect pad and carpet for me. Troy isn't the only example of a truly quality employee at Paulson's . Danielle, the scheduler was very efficient and easy to work with. Arial, the installer is a true magician. I'm good for now, but I'll be recommending Troy & the Paulson's staff to my friends and family in the future.

I’m short and the roof is 10 feet tall; that eliminates many screening systems immediately and there’s no power available. Costco is running a promotion with a local company (Paulson’s). Kathy Havens came out with her bag of tricks and spent the time needed to understand the problems. She came up with something that I think will work; time will tell. Cost was more than I expected, but if my entryway gets ruined, that won’t be cheap to fix. I’m hopeful that it will work and last.
