They checked and showed me that no water from the leak had gotten under the tile and that the Toilet was well sealed, so there would be no further leak. Thank you!

The cost on the other hand is what I call a one-time meaning Campbell and Bruce one timed me and I will never use them again $1,240 to repair one broken pipe on a sink underneath the cabinet that took right at 2 hours to fix
