I make note that the dimmer switch for the kitchen lights, which they were concerned was overheating Still seems very hot When it is operating. I will call tomorrow morning and discuss it with the dispatcher. It may need to be rechecked. This was something electrician was very concerned about before he changed out the old switch.

They were 30 minutes late and never called me to say how late they were running. They worked on it for a bit before telling me they didn't have the right tool for the job and would have to go buy one. They said it was very difficult to remove. They quoted me $500+ to get it fixed and wanted to bill me for the time to drive back to town to buy this tool. They Claim to offer free estimates but then charge a a service fee before giving the estimate. I fixed it myself with a $13 pair of pliers and a new shark bite for $9 in about 10 minutes.
