- AAAndy ArkleyDec 17, 20251.0I hate this company - I would not recommend them to anyone. I had them build a new 20x24 building in my backyard. The permit technician / “project manager”, Joy, was completely incompetent. Terrible communicator, neglected to prepare us for any of the inspections, basically completely unqualified. Tuff Shed’s sub-contractors that come out to build the actual structure are rushed and have absolutely no ownership over the quality of their work. The building they built is bowed in the middle, which was noted by the gutter company and drywall company (which I hired on my own). The concrete company they recommended (Argueta Construction / Concrete Galaxy) poured a slab that was crooked, then needed to be repaired, and all the bolts were in the wrong location. The owner of Argueta got mad every time we pointed out his errors. The doors to the building were another incompetent adventure. The first door Tuff Shed installed, a roll up door, was obviously not rated for exterior use and leaked constantly. When I complained to their corporate offices, they replaced the door with a double door, which was installed incompetently and now leaks. I ended up fixing this as best as I could myself - because I have literally no trust in their installers. The only person there that was ok was the salesperson Alex. He’s genuinely concerned with getting you a great building - but unfortunately the people and company he works with are terrible.

Justine is extremely knowledgeable in this industry and he answered all of my questions and goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable with your project and your purchase.
