  This company has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and very nice to deal with. It was a refreshing experience! John was amazing in his knowledge and professional manner. He went over and above to explain everything and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again.

  If I could give more than a 5 star review I would! What a great organization! John's knowledge of water and how to treat it is incredible. Every part of the process going with Aqua Sphere was smooth, and easy. From Jeanne in the office to Tim who was our installer, this organization is top notch! This staff is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and they collectively made the entire process easy and delivered 10-star results. We went with a very full and complex system with Aqua Sphere because of the condition of our water. John explained every issue with our water in detail, and the best way to treat it. I cannot say enough about the results. They're perfect! No sulfur smell, hardness, or particulates anymore. Zero! Just nice, odorless, zero tasting soft water that my we could not be happier with. John even came out 2 1/2 weeks after our initial installation to ensure the system was working properly and that we were happy with the results. He performed several thorough tests of the water and made some fine tune adjustments with the system to optimize its efficiency and effectiveness. He also re-reviewed what I need to do with the system each month and assured me I could call him anytime day or night with any questions or concerns leaving me with 100% confidence in the product and in Aqua Sphere. Do not call any other water company. Only call John and his Team at Aqua Sphere. You will not be disappointed!

  I cannot say enough great things about this company - We first called them when we needed a filter on our contaminated well. John came out to evaluate our situation and was so pleasant to be around. He sent us very informative follow up emails detailing findings, options, and estimates for future services. We got a sediment and UV filter- installation was a breeze! Months later we reached out to them about a water softener and reverse osmosis system and it was the same great service! Tim is also a delight to converse with and goes above and beyond to give us the best experience. Their pricing is very transparent and you know you are getting a top-quality product. We will always go to them for water system needs.

  We recently built a new home and hired Aqua Sphere to help us with our water softener and mineral content. We have been repeatedly impressed with the professionalism of their sales staff and technicians on their knowledge and workmanship. All appointments were on-time and not cancelled (which happened repeatedly while building with various vendors/subs). I also like that our package comes with servicing the equipment and they make the reminder calls & appointments. But the best thing about using Aqua Sphere for us is the delicious taste of our water. We added a RO in the kitchen sink and I have never had better tasing water - my coffee is so good now, I will never have to buy it elsewhere. I highly recommend Aqua Sphere for the quality of their work and value of their equipment & service.
