This staff is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and they collectively made the entire process easy and delivered 10-star results. We went with a very full and complex system with Aqua Sphere because of the condition of our water. John explained every issue with our water in detail, and the best way to treat it. I cannot say enough about the results. They're perfect! No sulfur smell, hardness, or particulates anymore. Zero! Just nice, odorless, zero tasting soft water that my we could not be happier with. John even came out 2 1/2 weeks after our initial installation to ensure the system was working properly and that we were happy with the results. He performed several thorough tests of the water and made some fine tune adjustments with the system to optimize its efficiency and effectiveness. He also re-reviewed what I need to do with the system each month and assured me I could call him anytime day or night with any questions or concerns leaving me with 100% confidence in the product and in Aqua Sphere. Do not call any other water company. Only call John and his Team at Aqua Sphere. You will not be disappointed!
