He was very thorough in his maintenance process, keeping me informed of what he was doing, and explaining why, the entire time he was at our home. He changed the filter on the furnace, and made a couple suggestions of how we might want to enhance our HVAC system. He also always wore shoe protection while inside our home. I would highly recommend Tim and Pacific Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all the technical details of our furnace in a way that was easy to understand. He laid out the facts honestly without any pressure, which we really appreciated. Brandon was able to identify and fix the blower issue efficiently, and he also walked us through the furnace replacement options and financing process very clearly. We were very happy with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled HVAC professional.

Tried to upsell me to a $1500 PCB board that, as it turns out, was an incorrect diagnosis. A different contractor visited and walked me through their testing procedures and found nothing failing. They advised me the system needed a hard reset when the problem I had call for occurred. Simple and effective. Works fine now.

I had some unexpected concerns with my furnace, and they were able to quickly send out a very experienced technician, Andrew. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and efficient, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern thoroughly. I’d highly recommend working with this company—and if possible, ask for Andrew, though I’m sure the rest of the team is excellent as well. The dispatch and scheduling staff were also very thorough, kind, and helpful throughout the process.

They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. They handled all of the hard stuff for me and made my life warm again. They didnt have a weird old fuse on the their truck (old house drama), but they got one sent out the same night. Thanks Ryan, Malachi, and Jason. You guys are the best. Update: Liam came out and was unable to make a permanent fix in my wierd old house but was able to make us warm until we could find a good solution. Top notch work. Thanks, Liam.
