The Pacific Heating and Cooling team did an excellent job of installing a new furnace and heat pump. They were very professional, personable, knowledgeable, organized and exceptionally neat. The entire experience was a pleasure. (My grumpy dog even liked them)! I highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling.

The team that installed my furnace and AC unit was great. Justin and Yevgeniy were very helpful and spoke to me in layman’s terms to help me understand the problems, process, and how to use all parts of the new install. Justin came by to check on the job and was very communicative and polite. The team was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole process.

Jessie arrived in a timely manner. She was cheerful and knowledgeable. She showed me pictures of the problem she found. She told me what was needed to fix it. She shared what the cost would be and got my permission to do the work. Overall the experience was great. My furnace was getting warm even before she was out the door. I would recommend this company and this technician.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the work that Chris K. Performed on behalf of Pacific Heating & Cooling. Chris was personable, respectful, and very conscientious. His work was exemplary and he explained what he had done and what needed to be done to bring one of my two furnaces up to safety standards. I hope Chris is my technician every time I have my system serviced.

Not really happy with the service we’ve gotten from Pacific. After the heat wave in 2022, we had a new a/c and furnace installed. Signed up for the “club” to get regular tune-ups and priority emergency service. Furnace was fine through winter, but the first heatwave in 2023 the a/c didn’t work. First tech came out and stated the issue was big, needed parts, couldn’t fix and left us to suffer in the heat. Had to get a second tech out to discover it was a simple fuse replacement. Why was this missed? Shortly after install, we got a message suggesting an upsell to get a surge protector to for the furnace—why wasn’t this done when we installed the new a/c and furnace? This seemed a little shady given the fact that they changed the outlet the furnace was installed on, but somehow didn’t need the expensive surge protector then?? When they came out for the annual service (once, but should have been 2x year) it was very quick and not worth what we paid, but we stuck with them for regular inspections. They claim it should be at least an hour, but pretty sure they simply changed the filter and charged through the nose because it’s something extra. After ghosting us for over a year, I reached out and asked why we had not been contacted for filter change…they claim we didn’t renew. So we started over and scheduled a tuneup on the furnace this week. There was NO PROBLEM with the furnace before their tech came out. Less than 1.5 hours after he left, the furnace wouldn’t turn off and was blasting hot air. I checked the thermostat, it said it was off and no equipment running, but the furnace clearly was on it’s readout said it was heating. Called in immediately, but they were closed. Selected the after hours line and left a message, no reply. Texted and got a chat bot that said someone would call. Waited and after receiving no call, I tried again. When I finally talked to someone at 7pm, I was told someone could be at my home between 11pm and 1am—that is ridiculous! There is no need for me to stay up half the night for them to fix an error their tech made less than 2 hours before. Absolutely unacceptable. There seems to be no reason for paying extra if this is the poor service we get.
