When I inspected the ductwork under the house this week, I found multiple serious issues that no professional HVAC company should ever leave behind: disconnected flex ducts, torn insulation with exposed fiberglass, unsealed metal joints, and duct lines lying directly on bare soil. This installation completely fails to meet even basic standards for airflow, insulation, or moisture protection—let alone the standards expected from a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer. It’s astonishing that work of this quality passed any kind of inspection. The result: wasted energy, poor system performance, and air quality concerns. I strongly recommend anyone considering using this company request to see examples of their crawl-space work before signing a contract.
