My service from start to finish was fantastic. I had gone four nights without power. On a Saturday, from work, I called to schedule an appointment. I figured they would be able to get me an appointment sometime next week. I was incorrect, the appointment setter (I wish I could remember her name) was so polite, professional and understanding. She was able to work with my work schedule and made an appointment for me on Saturday after I got home from work. Next, my service technician Stephen made this experience even better. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately set about correcting the problem. All the while keeping me informed about what he was doing and what steps needed to be taken. I was even comfortable enough with him that we had a very pleasant conversation while he was busy fixing my lose of power. As a final step, he even tested the repairs to insure my power would stay on. Five stars are not enough as the service was far better than I expected. Please, if you need electrical work or any other service Harts provides, call them. You will be happy you did.

Called Harts after I called another plumbing company that charged by the hour, made me feel uncomfortable to pay by the hour instead of having it bid out before beginning work and to know exact cost. Anthony was a great surprise, professional, put together, on time and did a whole home inspection including crawl space. I appreciated him putting on NEW shoe covering booties to enter my home, that matters a great deal to me. He took them off when we went to the garage and replaced upon entering the house again. He listened well to my concerns and addressed them clearly and honestly. I did not feel pressured to do any work that wasn’t necessary. Work begins today. I’m hopeful they will do a stellar job and go above and beyond my high expectations. I feel the price was fair, it’s never “fun” to have to pay for unexpected home repairs, but Anthony made it less painful. Harts has been in great communication with me, which I value. Also their warranty is pretty amazing and they have support 24/7. This was the right choice for us rather than going with a mom and pop plumber that charged $215 an hour. You can’t be sure if they are working quickly and efficiently or slow to draw the process out. That just felt too stressful for me. I’ll post my review after the work is completed.

House developed a main line blockage. Joe our technician came after hearing what I had done. He had a professional demeanor and plan. He had us diagnosed and explained our options. He promised to get us open so we could use all facilities before the main planned repair. Mother Nature being the problem this was inevitable this happened (roots). We are scheduled for the decided repair. Joe made sure to keep me informed on what was going on throughout the process with real time video. Joe was there to make sure I was fully satisfied with his work and that with the temporary repair and the plan to stop the problem. Thank you Hart for your prompt response to my issue.

We had a great experience with this HVAC installation and are very happy with the results so far. The work was done cleanly, professionally, and with a lot of attention to detail. The technicians took the time to explain the system, answer questions, and make sure we understood how everything works, which we really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed, and communication throughout the process was excellent. A big thank-you to Trevor (electrician), Kyle, and Chris — all three were knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation looks very clean and well thought out, and the system is performing exactly as expected. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. We’d absolutely recommend them based on this install.

My 3yo Navien combi boiler quit working after a power outage, and we couldnt get it to turn on again. Hart was the first place to come to assess it. The tech, Jesse, told me that it was ruined due to being being clogged up by sediment from the galvanized pipes in our 101yo home. A new combi boiler would run about $20k or more. He said that Naviens were not as good quality as the boilers Hart installs and needed more frequent servicing. Furthmore, he said that we would have to replace all the pipes in our home, a project that would take a week and could cost as much as $40k. I got another opinion. Jesse never opened the boiler, did not check settings, did not flush it or otherwise do any diagnostics on it. The tech from the second company did. The second tech said the boiler is great. It needs a service and to be flushed, plus its pressure was low, possibly due to our city getting air into water lines during routine maintenance last summer. This second tech didn't find the leaks that Jesse claimed were a huge issue and said that our water lines, like the boiler, are fine. He also identified a mistake with the original installation, which likely led to the boiler having error codes. Hart's ballpark estimates for work were $20k or more for a new boiler and $20-40k to replace all plumbing in our home, including the plumbing we had done as part of a remodel just 3 years ago. The second tech charged me $450 and everything is running perfectly now. We do not recommend Hart for anything to do with a boiler or a combination boiler/water heater.
