Needed to swap out 20 feet of of galvanized pipe with Pex A piping. Called Heart. Nice gentleman came out and gave us estimate. I opened up the floor for access and would close it back up. They estimated almost $12,000. Do the owners want to retire off of my small job? Absolutely ridiculous. A friend let me borrow the pex machine, I pulled a permit, and did the job under $400. How can these people live with themselves????? I could see others have experienced the same overcharging from Heart. Karma always catches up to all of us.

Dominnick Martin was great! He took the time to explain everything to me about the hot water heater and gave me the pros and cons and of each type of system. He took the time to show me different choices to pick from and was in no hurry no rush no pressure. I felt like he actually truly cared about my satisfaction. If if it wasn't for Dominic's professionalism I don't know if I would have chosen this company. I had several other companies lined up to come in and take a look. After speaking with Dominic in the first 10 minutes I knew that he was the right choice! Harts you guys need to know that Dominic is an excellent installer and a true asset to your company! I will most definitely have your team come out to do further work on our home! I really appreciated help!!! Good job Dom!!!

Reviews said harts was fair and affordable plumbing service. I have to disagree , I needed a toilet reset because tenant pulled to replace bolt and didnt have skill to do so. Harts charges 79.00 to show up which is really 97.00 with taxes if you dont use their services. They wantted 500.00 to put new bolts on and wax ring. A 30 minute job and 10.00 of materials. If the flange needed replacing it went to 1,000 for 25.00 worth of materials and may an hr of work. Im sorry nothing affordable. So eve. Paying g them their 100.00 show up fee, and 225.00 to my neighbor. It was still less then their 500.00 plus tax .

I have to say that I am extremely happy with Harts Heating Plumbing & Air!!! I had called out a different company to give my heat pump and furnace a check up and they said i needed to replace both to the tune of $23,000!!! I was panicked!!! So i went looking for a couple second opinions and thankfully Harts was on my list. Virgil and Dan came out and did a thorough inspection and laid out what they had found. And guess what? I don’t need to replace the units at all! They were so nice and respectful and answers all of my questions. They dispelled the myths told to me by the other company and I feel they were really looking out for my best interests. So, I’m looking at around $2500 to get things back in shape! I am also taking advantage of their Harts Home Care Plan which includes annual inspections/safety checks on my plumbing, sewer, electrical and HVAC systems and more all for only $35/month! If you’re looking for a great company, you don’t have to look any further! HARTS is THE ONE!! 💜💜💜 UPDATE; Virgil came and made the repairs to my heat pump today and was just as awesome as the first time we met for the estimate. I was also visited by Thomas. I had signed up for the Harts Home Care Plan and he came out and flushed my water heater tank at no cost because of the plan! I'll be scheduling for sewer and electrical inspections/safety checks that are alao included with the plan. Thank you to everyone at Harts for taking such care of me and my old house!

Pick a different company if you can. I hired Hart's for a simple repair, and during which time they dislocated my dryer vent and instead of allowing me the chance to put it back on, they simply told me they couldn't attach it, took payment and left. I never received a receipt of services, which is a separate issue but speaks to lack of processes. I called back asking that the technician come back and roll out the appliance they moved (I'd do it myself but I don't have the equipment needed for that) so that I could put the vent back on since now I have a dryer venting straight onto my sheet rock and am rightly concerned about mold. They simply told me that they could not do so because they were not authorized to work on appliances. Well, if that is the case, why did they pull out that appliance or touch it to begin with? So they did work that they were not authorized to do and now are refusing to make good on their error? It's all very strange. I understand that they're not authorized to work on appliances, and I'm not asking them to. I am asking them why they touched the appliances to begin with if they don't have that capability or authorization because now they've created an issue that I have to hire another company to come out and fix. And I already paid $800 to Hart's and will now have a second bill that I did not anticipate to fix something they broke and are refusing to take responsibility for. I've called half a dozen times and emailed and a manager never calls me back despite scheduling telling me that they will. It's honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'll be reporting to the BBB and exploring a small claims case just out of principle. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me.
