- DCDave CopeMar 23, 20192.0Time waster. Last year I requested Dean provide a quote for a detached ADU-style, two story, 2.5 car garage in North Tacoma. On-site, I told him my budget was $120,000 and showed him the significant amount of excavation that would have to occur to fit the building in to the existing code. What I got back was a quote for a $60,000, one-story, two car garage at existing grade, not at all what I had asked for. They may do good work, however, they are clearly looking for easy jobs, definitely nothing custom. And they don't do any utilities or finishing work, which is not listed on their website.
