He gave me information not just about the heat pumps they installed, but about the state of my circuit box and other things to my particular situation. One of his guys waited for me to come home before installing some wiring to see if I had a preference for the way he installed it. When they started to install the outdoor unit in one place, but I wanted it in another, they had no problem moving it. In working in the crawlspace under the house they noticed some leaky plumbing which no other contractors alerted us to. Very easy to work with and very competent.
