Turned out to be a simple fix that only required cleaning an essential part that was preventing the furnace from working properly (and that cleaning was covered under their Tier 1 Maintenance Service - no extra parts or complicated repairs). He was very helpful and informative in explaining my system and the details of his visit, and I will definitely be calling Trademark again if I need help with my furnace in the future.
