After being let down by another company that promised a 4-week turnaround (and didn’t deliver), I walked into Carpet Barn expecting more of the same. Instead, I was blown away. I picked out a carpet in-store, and within 30 minutes, the gentleman at the counter had personally called one of his installers to get our space measured. The very next day, the carpet was installed flawlessly. The installers showed up right on time, completed the entire job in under 8 hours, and left no mess or leftover scraps. The craftsmanship was spot-on, and the fit was perfect. What truly stood out, though, was the follow-up call from the store just to ensure we were happy with the results. That level of care is rare. They turned what had become a frustrating, stressful experience into a smooth, seamless one and made our entire company feel taken care of. 100% satisfied. 5 stars. Standing ovation.
