- JNJesus NDec 15, 20251.0worst company ever. in addition to 4 locations we utilize their services in washington state, we utilize them nationwide for our 30+ onsite locations to empty grey water and provide fresh water on a weekly basis. Nothing but a mess. unreliable service, techs dont empty grey water, fill clean water, dont come at scheduled service dates and overbill us, our location managers are constantly complaining about unreliable service and billing us for service that is not provided. Already looking into local vendors in each market we operate.

Sadly, our lodge was destroyed in an arson fire, and the restroom trailer was supposed to be a nice comfort for the 65 high school girl, volunteers and 45 adult volunteers at the two week camp. Instead, after paying $2650 the trailer never showed up and I never received a phone call. After a long day volunteering at camp, I spent nearly an hour on the phone talking to multiple people. In the end, we never received the trailer and they promised my credit card would not be charged. Three weeks later and they had fine. They had charged my card and still have not refunded it. The worst part is we were really counting on that restroom for use at our outdoor camp. I was promised the supervisor/manager would give me a call back and that never happened either. Very dishonest business, Please be careful dealing with them.

Every time I called I was told someone would reach out from “operations” but have never gotten any call. Phone reps can’t even contact the yard people except through email, which is obviously a bad practice. Don’t waste your time or money on an unreliable service. Zero communication. Just hoping I can get my money back now. Will not use USS for personal or business use any longer.

Specifically, the statute states that for single user portable toilets clustered at a single location, at least 5% but no less than one toilet unit shall be installed at each cluster whenever typical inaccessible units are provided. Accessible units shall also be identified by the International Symbol of Accessibility. The exception is that if portable toilet units are used exclusively by construction personnel who do not require the use of an A.D.A. unit, you are not required to comply with this statute. Upgrades, like flushing toilet restrooms or restrooms with hand wash sinks will be at a higher rental rate than basic Porta Potty rentals. A.D.A. accessible restrooms might be required for your public event, large or small.
