- DPDiana PalmerJul 31, 20251.0I scheduled a nice restroom trailer for our Girl Scout event for two weeks. Sadly, our lodge was destroyed in an arson fire, and the restroom trailer was supposed to be a nice comfort for the 65 high school girl, volunteers and 45 adult volunteers at the two week camp. Instead, after paying $2650 the trailer never showed up and I never received a phone call. After a long day volunteering at camp, I spent nearly an hour on the phone talking to multiple people. In the end, we never received the trailer and they promised my credit card would not be charged. Three weeks later and they had fine. They had charged my card and still have not refunded it. The worst part is we were really counting on that restroom for use at our outdoor camp. I was promised the supervisor/manager would give me a call back and that never happened either. Very dishonest business, Please be careful dealing with them.

Where available, our A.D.A. units are large enough and contain the proper elements to meet the standards that have been outlined by the 'Americans with Disabilities Act'.
Specifically, the statute states that for single user portable toilets clustered at a single location, at least 5% but no less than one toilet unit shall be installed at each cluster whenever typical inaccessible units are provided. Accessible units shall also be identified by the International Symbol of Accessibility. The exception is that if portable toilet units are used exclusively by construction personnel who do not require the use of an A.D.A. unit, you are not required to comply with this statute. Weekend delivery, service or pickup is available at an additional charge. Upgrades, like flushing toilet restrooms or restrooms with hand wash sinks will be at a higher rental rate than basic Porta Potty rentals. A.D.A. accessible restrooms might be required for your public event, large or small.
