  I would have given 10 stars, if that was an option! These guys do an outstanding job, every step of the way! From day 1, they were on time, got right to work, did beautiful repairs in super cramped spaces, got both jobs done in record time, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and did all of this with a great attitude! Price was fair and reasonable, too. Super impressed with them every time I work with them. I am telling everyone about Chumley's! Thanks Jackson and Cody! 😄 I am a happy customer!

  I had Mitch from Chumley Foundation come out and check out our house recently - he spent 45 minutes with me, explaining that everything was very normal for an 80 year old house, what to keep an eye on in the future, and answering every question I had very clearly. He didn't try to sell me anything after all that time. I'm generally very leery of foundation contractors, especially as more and more of them are rolled up by giant national firms and private equity and become profit focused, but Chumley Structural and Foundation Repair has earned my trust, and we'll be sure to check with them in the future if we need.

  I had a squeaky bathroom floor and called Chumley Foundation Repair to take a look. They showed up right on time, found the problem quickly, and got it fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The team was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. My floor feels solid again, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. I’d definitely recommend Chumley Foundation Repair to anyone who needs foundation or floor repairs done right!

  Attic Assessment: I made an appt for Mr Joe, from Chumley Foundation and Structural Repair, to inspect my house to determine possibility of turning unused rafter space into usable space, and the feasibility of any suggestions. 1. Mr Joe was on time, polite, and attentive. 2. He asked detailed questions to find out our main goal, and possible backup goals, in case our original goal was unattainable due to regulations or cost. 3. Mr Joe examined both the outside, the inside, and the attic space of my home, explaining all aspects of my home’s construction and history, as he went, so I would be able to understand why there may be some obstacles, or alternative avenues to reach our goals. 4. He took his time, was hopeful for and supportive of our family’s needs, verse impatient and dismissive as the last contractor we called out to review the situation was. 5. Mr Joe was willing to offer alternate suggestions, that may not involve his company, but would assist us being able to utilize more storage space. Summary: Mr Joe at Chumley’s was prompt, polite, an attentive listen, client-goal focused, sensitive to client budgetary and time considerations, helpful, informative, and thorough. 5/5 will be using, and would use again.
