There is no punch list. They showed up when they said they would and they’re very attentive to the customer. He’s even shared helpful how-tos during onsite emergency plumbing situations, which speaks volumes about his integrity and care for his clients. I truly couldn’t recommend anyone else.

So he changed the cartridge in the handle. i appreciate that he wasnt bothered by me standing with him, & giving me pointers just in case i would like to try doing it myself next time. He got the shower head to stop dripping, & fixed it back up looking nice when he was done. Patrick provided a good service.
