Based on what we were saying was going on, he thought that was the problem, which would fortunately be the best and cheapest scenario. He went through the septic output area instead of removing the toilet, which would be more expensive. I appreciate the savings in that respect. He ended up getting the clog out and saw it pass through, so we visually saw that that was in fact the issue. He solved our problem, was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything for our understanding. They are pricey, but honestly, I don't know any plumber that's not expensive. He didn't leave a mess and took his shoes off when entering our house. I would recommend them if you need plumbing services. None of the services below fit the description, but we had a clogged pipe.
