We bought a house with a very old pellet stove that hadn’t been taken care of very well, and he was able to service and fix it a few times until we saved the money to get a new one. The new one came at his recommendation based on our needs and he installed it as soon as it was in stock. Richard is very honest and taught us all about our options and helped us make a decision that made the most sense for us. If he gives you advice on what type of pellets not to buy, just take his word for it, it’ll save you in the long run. He’s very kind and we always appreciate the service he provides.
