  Water heater started leaking 12/31, ended up needing a new one.. Sam was so informative through the whole process and did an AMAZING job! THANK YOU SO MUCH for saving the start of our new year!!! Highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services! Also forgot to add, our drainage pipe was leading to our crawl space and he saved us from future issues and rerouted our pipe! Bless you :)

  Excellent service, great communication, very reasonable prices, easy to schedule and confirm appointments, honest and transparent from the start, and extremely knowledgeable. Sam knows his stuff!! Living in an older house Sam was effectively able to unclog a toilet when my cheap auger didn’t work. As luck would have it, my kitchen sink clogged up the next day. Sam was able to come out and assess the problem and knew exactly what to do. He gave a quote upfront and got to work. He stayed to test that everything would work as intended. I will always choose Sam with Resolution Plumbing if I ever need a plumber. I wished I would have found him sooner!! Jennifer Riley

  Resolution Plumbing has helped me with several projects over the past few years as I’ve updated 3 bathrooms and a kitchen; most recently with the installation of a new toilet. Sam is very knowledgeable in all things plumbing and does great work. Highly recommend.

  I called Resolution Plumbing late one afternoon about a faulty hose bib, and Sam Scilley — the owner himself — arrived right on schedule the next morning at 10:00 AM. That quick response was impressive, but the level of care and thoroughness he brought to the job went far beyond my expectations. Sam repaired and replaced the hose bib, explained how to maintain it properly, and patiently answered all my questions with clear, complete explanations. Before wrapping up, he checked the pressure on both front and back hose bibs, inspected the kitchen faucet and identified a broken spring in the spray head (providing the part number and info on how to get a free replacement), cleaned the water heater filter, and gave tips to keep everything running smoothly. He also offered helpful recommendations for better sink stoppers in the bathrooms and suggested a reliable local place to purchase home appliances. In short, there was hardly a plumbing or home water concern he didn’t provide insight on, and I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness throughout. My search for a dependable plumber is officially over — I’ll be calling Sam for any plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended!

  Sam was amazing, incredibly happy we called him. The price was fair, and he handled all the weird plumbing issues of a mother in law suite with aplomb. Answered all our non-plumber questions with patience and explained everything clearly. Sam made what can be a stressful situation into a Very simple day.
